1. Services Provided
KM Comfort Carriers offers non-emergency medical transportation services for individuals including seniors, persons with mobility challenges, and individuals with chronic health conditions. Services include transportation to medical appointments, healthcare facilities, and related destinations.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, or are using the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
The transportation requested is non-emergency in nature
You provide accurate and complete information when booking services
3. Booking and Scheduling
All rides must be scheduled in advance through our approved booking channels
Accurate pickup and drop-off information must be provided
Clients are expected to be ready at the scheduled pickup time
Delays caused by the client may result in rescheduling or additional fees
4. Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations should be made within a reasonable time before the scheduled pickup
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in service restrictions
KM Comfort Carriers reserves the right to charge applicable fees where necessary
5. Payment Terms
Payment may be made via approved methods, including insurance, Medicaid (where applicable), or private pay
Clients are responsible for any charges not covered by insurance
All payments must be completed within the agreed timeframe
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Treat drivers with respect and courtesy
Follow safety instructions during transport
Use seatbelts and comply with all transportation safety regulations
Inform us of any special medical or mobility needs prior to the trip
7. Driver Responsibilities
Our drivers are committed to:
Providing safe, timely, and professional transportation
Treating all clients with dignity and respect
Maintaining clean and well-equipped vehicles
8. Limitation of Liability
KM Comfort Carriers shall not be held liable for:
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
Missed appointments due to factors beyond our control
Any damages or losses arising from incorrect information provided by clients
9. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
A client exhibits unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
The requested service is deemed beyond the scope of non-emergency transport
There is a risk to the safety of the driver or others
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal and health-related information in accordance with applicable laws.
11. Modifications
KM Comfort Carriers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
